These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Astro Scaling ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application, onboarding form, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Astro Scaling provides Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising management for local service businesses, including campaign strategy, creative, setup, optimization, and reporting.

Engagement & Cancellation

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Either party may cancel the engagement at any time; you remain responsible for fees and ad spend incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Fees & Ad Spend

Our management fee is billed separately from advertising spend. Ad spend is charged directly by Meta (or other ad platforms) to your own ad account and payment method — we do not collect or hold your ad spend budget.

Your Responsibilities

To run your campaigns, you agree to provide accurate business information and timely access to the accounts, pages, pixels, and assets needed (e.g., Facebook Page admin access, ad account access, a valid payment method). Delays in providing access may delay campaign launch or performance.

Ownership of Accounts & Assets

You retain full ownership of your ad accounts, Facebook/Instagram Pages, pixels, and any creative assets used in your campaigns. Nothing we manage on your behalf is held hostage — you can take over or export your accounts at any time.

No Guarantee of Results

Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including budget, market conditions, competition, and platform policies. Except where a performance guarantee is expressly stated in your signed service agreement (for example, a booked-appointment guarantee), we do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of leads, cost per lead, or return on ad spend. Any such guarantee applies only on the terms and conditions written in that agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astro Scaling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or this website, including lost profits or lost advertising spend.

SMS Messaging Program

Program name:Astro Scaling Notifications & Offers.
Description: Our forms and website chat widget offer two separate, optional text message consents. Informational messages(if you check that box): texts related to your inquiry or application, including a link to book your strategy call, booking confirmations, and appointment reminders, or, if you become a client, lead-notification alerts sent when a prospective customer submits a contact or quote form on your business's website. Marketing messages(only if you separately check the marketing box): occasional offers and updates about Astro Scaling's services, such as open pilot spots or new services. You can agree to one, both, or neither.
Message frequency: Varies based on your activity (e.g., one message per new lead).

Support: For help, reply HELP to any message, or email info@astroscaling.co.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. After you reply STOP you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.
Opt-in: We only text numbers whose owner checked an SMS consent box on one of our forms or our website chat widget, and only the type of messages they agreed to: we never send marketing texts to someone who only agreed to informational messages. Phone numbers submitted by someone else (for example, through our referral form) are never texted.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy; mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
