Astro Scaling ("we", "us", "our") provides Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising management services for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.

Information We Collect

When you submit an application, contact form, or onboarding form, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or social media handles, service area, industry, and details about your advertising goals and budget. If you proceed to onboarding as a client, we may also collect Facebook Page and ad account identifiers needed to manage your campaigns.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to evaluate whether we're a good fit for your business, respond to your application, and — if you become a client — to set up, manage, and report on your advertising campaigns. We do not use this information for any unrelated purpose.

Storage & Service Providers

Submissions are stored securely in our database and a copy is sent to our team via email. We rely on third-party service providers — including Supabase (database hosting), Google (email), Twilio (SMS delivery), and Vercel (website hosting) — to operate this site. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy practices.

SMS / Text Messaging

Our forms and website chat widget offer two separate, optional text message consents. If you provide your phone number and check the informational box, you may receive texts related to your application or lead inquiry — for example, a link to book your strategy call, booking confirmations and appointment reminders, or lead-notification alerts sent to our team or a client when you submit a contact or quote form. If you also check the separate marketing box, you may receive occasional offers and updates about our services. We send each type only to people who agreed to it. Message frequency varies depending on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

When you provide your phone number and opt in — through a form on this site or our website chat widget — you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with anyone. If you don't check the consent box, we will not text you. Phone numbers submitted by someone else on your behalf (for example, through our referral form) are only used to contact you by phone call or email, never by text, unless you opt in yourself.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with the service providers described above as necessary to operate this site and deliver our services.

Cookies & Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand overall traffic and page views (e.g., visit counts, pages viewed, general device/location info). This is privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that does not track you individually across other websites. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing info@astroscaling.co.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
